Finding the Dunbar-Southlands Business shopping area.

Situated on the westside of Vancouver the Dunbar-Southlands shopping district consists of several areas:

The Dunbar North area is situated around the corners of 16th Avenue and Dunbar Street and south to 19th Avenue.
The Dunbar Heights area starts at 26th Avenue and extends south to 30th Avenue.
The Dunbar Southlands area starts at 39th Avenue and extends south to, and along, 41st Avenue.
This area also includes the Southlands flats area which is the farm lands best known for riding stables and nurseries. It is south of South West Marine Drive along the north arm of the Fraser River.

The Dunbar-Southlands neighbourhood is adjacent to the popular Pacific Spirit Regional Park and is a short drive or bus ride from the University of British Columbia (UBC.)

Dunbar-Southlands is bordered by the following neighbourhoods: Kerrisdale and Arbutus Ridge to the east and West Point Grey to the north.
