Fatzo's has brought barbeque to the West Coast, to Vancouver. Fatzo's barbeque foods are cooked up to 12 hours at a low temperature to ensure the product takes an all the flavour the smoke has to offer and imparts a rich tender texture to the meats. As is traditional with barbeque, each day we offer all freshly barbequed meats.
Fatzo's has a casual no-nonsense atmosphere that concentrates on well-prepared, simple dishes; with an edgey blues-themed decor that' more at home in Memphis than on Broadway. Fatzo's feels right, from the quality of the food (inexpensive) to the service (friendly) and the atmosphere (almost publike).
